2. General: An elegant hotel with heritage scenic; In house parking @ RM15/entry. In house gym, Spa, lounge, and swimming pool are available 

3. Service (Hospitality): Friendly front desk personnel

4. Bedroom: Cozy; Clean; spacious, comfy bed and sofa, tv w sufficient varieties of channels; Good WIFI connection. OFI: power plugs not available at bed sidetable

5. Toilet: Clean; Full set of toiletries; Retractable side mirror is available; Thoughtful toilet roll hanger (flat top to place handphone or book)

6. In room Amenities: coffee machine (w capsules - OFI: if comes w milk, will be a plus point), standard tea/green tea bags

7. Food: Breakfast - wide choices, includes international and local delicacies; serves good coffee; waiters/tress are attentive

8. Getting out/Places of interest nearby: Provide free shuttle every hour to nearby LRT lines & shopping spots, ie KL Central, Mid Valley, Bukit Bintang; Alternatively RM15-25 per trip, MULA or Grab car to nearby Mall, ie 1 Utama. Takes ~20-25mins
